新药设计、化学合成与成药性研究
 
研究成果:
作为团队核心成员,负责了多个药物的临床前研究,获得药物临床批件2项。其中硝酮嗪治疗脑中风项目正在进行II期临床试验,硝酮嗪治疗糖尿病肾病项目正在开展I期临床试验。近年来主持国家十三五新药创制重大专项、国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金、广州市科技计划项目等10余项。共发表SCI论文 30 余篇,发表期刊包括Organic LettersAdvanced Synthesis & CatalysisBioorganic & Medicinal Chemistry等领域内知名期刊。申请发明专利20余项,获授权专利 10 项。
